Innovation – the fuel

When we look at Innovation, we start with the underlying rationale for the firm’s core technology – the original problem being solved.  To develop the strategic road map we fully investigate the factors that contribute to the original problem, that form the base for the firm’s current solution.  The objective is to create a ‘moat’ of knowledge in order to protect the business from “Innovator’s Dilemma” or the situation where an unnoticed technology undermines and displaces an incumbent.
